Although "Children Are the Future..."

...might seem like a worn out phrase, it doesn’t change the fact that it is, indeed, a true and powerful statement that has implications far more than one may imagine. From time immemorial, man's God given directive has been to procreate and raise children in His likeness. Failure to recognize the significance of the value of children will eventually result in catastrophic events; for, without a hopeful, healthy, and happy population of young people, we — a family, a country, or a race — will have abandoned its charge and jeopardized the survival of the human race.   Spencer and Lucille accepted the charge seriously and were blessed with 12 children. In raising their children, they instilled in them the values of the Christian faith and education.
