Oh, What "A Beautiful Affair" and enjoyable time we had on November 15, 16, and 17 2024, when a very nice representation of the family gathered in Birmingham (Hoover), Alabama as guests of Margaret, Peggy, and Skeet to reunite and rekindle relationships. The three day event consisted of a unique reception in the form of a rum tasting and village tour on Friday evening, an elegant family dinner on Saturday evening, and a "farewell  for now"  brunch on Sunday morning. The smiles, the conversations, the laughter, the hugs and kisses, the "reminiscing  and  "remember when's," and not to mention meeting new family members all  served to bring us closer together and remind us of the "Good Old Days." In fact, this event was such a success that we are doing it again and we want  more to join us this year. Our hope is that you will give some serious thought to the purpose of this occasion and make plans to reunite with the family in 2026.
